Konjoe Tei
Konjo means "to have guts" or "daring" in Japanese. Like all of Konjoes extension restaurant, this Itzakaya embodied just that; It used unconventional flavors in traditional plates. From chef specials such as uni pasta, coconut ramen, the expression of art through cuisine was amazing. During my time I Konjoe Tei, I was a cashier, who worked his way to become the Social Media Marketing Manager. My time as running Konjoe Tei's social media was short because of the restaurants concept changed to Taco Annex.
