EsEstablishing a style guide for consistent post structure and signage. Created a content library for all eleven vendors and planned monthly content calendar. Schedule post using through Hoot Suite scheduler app. 

Created exciting events to attract a new broader audience. Organized and promoted events with community partners. Event programming consisted on monthly events include  Wine/Paint Night, Retail Vendor Pop-ups, Drag Brunch with Silicon Valley Pride, $3 Thursdays, First Friday Art Walk Gallery. 

Managed day to day operations on all social media accounts. Cross promoted on multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Planned social media calendars and scheduled out post using scheduling software. Reported on social media analytics recorded on Facebook Ad Manager, as well as sales conversions.

Worked with organizations and community partners is crucial for a healthy business. SoFA Market leaned heavily on the community surrounding it. I reached out to local organization and community partners to collaborate on events. For example, I reached out to San Jose State University to host fundraisers to support students. 

Created Newsletter to be distributed once a month with an easy to read list of upcoming events, as well as eye catching photos of previous events.
