Taco Annex
Taco Annex was an extension of Konjoe owned restrained It was far from a basic taco shop. They served not only classic street tacos but focused on crafting mouth watering artisan tacos. The concept was short lived due to location issues. I had the pleasure of being Konjoe's Social Media Marketing Manager to start their social pages and help grow the brands awareness organically on social media channels.

Social Media Management
Starting at Taco Annex during its infancy allowed for the opportunity to start social media pages and grow them from nothing. Transitioned followers from previous establishment to new venture (Konjoe Tei). Managed day to day activity of social media pages and increased brand awareness.
Content Creation
Starting content library from day one of the business. Taking photos and videos of menu items. Creating videos of process of cooking food. Create content calendar for posting on social media channels and helping grow pages organically.
Design
Design flyers for corporate catering and personal catering. Took photos of products and use Photoshop and Illustrator to design flyer.
Community Outreach
Reaching out to the community to host events at restaurant location. In the short time the business was operating, we hosted a huge fundraiser with a local Fraternity for Culture Shock Oakland.
